Fattoria al Fiore is a boutique natural wine producer led by winemaker Meguro-san, working with grapes from small growers in Kaminoyama, Yamagata — specifically three farmers (Yoshida Atsushi, Shian Fumitaka, and Akiba Yosuke) who began supplying fruit to the winery starting in 2021. The estate makes a wide range of distinctively named, low-intervention wines (Verde, Rosso, Nero, Bianco, and various playful sparkling cuvées), reflecting the growing and increasingly interesting Japanese natural wine movement.
